Thank you so much for considering me! I have written treats/ participated in exchanges as a writer but have never had the opportunity to get a gift in return. As such, I am writing this letter to give you a better understanding of my likes, DNWs, favorite tropes, prompts, and favorite ships. Again, thank you for gifting me your creation. I know I will cherish it dearly.
1. The Marvels (2023)- on Disney plus (90 minutes)
Oh, the Brunnhilde/Carol pairing, what can I say in such little time!? This is my OTP. My favorite ship in the entire world! I love these two dearly. Carol is an isolated space hero with a heart of gold and a past that haunts her while Brunnhilde is a space warrior that drinks to cope with her past and once hung out on a trash planet because she thought of herself as trash. They're messy, chaotic, and canonically friends. Best friends, even- and with that little kiss on a cheek, my Valcarol heart went wild. I will be so excited for anything Valcarol related. Any listed mediums with the two of them would be my absolute dream!
I also love the Carol & Kamala & Monica tag. The Marvels is my favorite movie and these three are so fun together! Found family is one of my favorites and Carol and Monica's relationship is particularly interesting. <3
For world building, I would be so interested in Aladnean culture. What is their culture? What kinds of traditions do they have and how long has it been a matriarchy? It's stated that women are the primary leaders, but what does that look like? Anything Aladnean goes. As for the Hoopty, Carol's ship can be seen in the movie, but what is the floor plan like? Where did she get it? There is so much about the Hoopty that we don't know, especially its origins. Go wild!
2. Disney: Descendants- on Disney plus (three, 80-minute movies)
Mal/Uma (Disney: Descendants)
So juicy and so much potential! I have to say I've always been intrigued by these two's history on the isle. They're enemies as we see in the movies, but what was their past like? How did they meet? What if they got together after being in Auradon but in more of a toxic way that turned sweet? I love a good enemies to lovers trope as well as toxic Yuri stuff, so anything goes as long as it's not in my DNWs.
3. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds- on Paramount plus (currently 3 seasons)
Kate Bishop/America Chavez (Young Avengers Comics)
Kate and America!!!!! Their relationship in the comics is everything to me. The way Kate loves her and considers her a best friend. The way she gets jealous when America actually gets into a relationship with another girl and America's obvious respect for everything Kate has gone through. It's a sweet relationship that could be so much more. I would love a slice of life fic or a fluffy fic with the both of them or some art! Whatever medium listed that you're feeling, go for it!
Kid Loki and America are hilarious and so I had to include that tag in my signups.

Femslash! Femslash! Femslash! I really enjoy La'an's character in the show so anything focused on her would be lovely. For Worldbuilding, I think cocktail recipes or replicator recipes or regulations would be so much fun! Especially if it ties into canonical episodes. For cocktails, I'm not into super sweet things, but I love the floral tastes. Things that are a little bitter, sour, and flowery are my kind of jam. Romantic relationship regulations are also intriguing. Both would be nice and equally loved.

Preacher's Daughter is a rich alt-rock release with intricate themes of religion and abuse and a southern gothic aesthetic. It's less an album and more a full cinematic universe or a horror film in 13 tracks: a fictional story that carries Ethel Cain through a life of trauma and, ultimately, to her death.
My favorite songs in this album are Family Tree, A House in Nebraska, Western Nights, Hard Times, Thoroughfare, Sun Bleached Flies, and Strangers, so a story/art/medium digging into the themes of one of these songs would be lovely. I'm also so interested in Ethel's internal thoughts and feelings as she descends into the darkness of California.
Other favorites of mine are "Nettles" which is in Hayden's newest album: Willoughby Tucker, I'll Always Love You- if you're looking for more inspiration, as well as "Dust Bowl" which is also in the new album (TAKE A LISTEN IT'S SO GOOD I SWEAR). It's her dream of living with Willoughby and delves into loneliness, childhood, and falling in love. SO GOOD!
